Z Collection Dealer Display Agreement

 

This Display Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Z Collection ("Supplier") and [Dealer's Name] ("Dealer"), effective as of [Date].

 

Ownership of Displays

All displays provided by Z Collection, including but not limited to tile samples and display racks, remain the property of Z Collection. Displays may not be relocated or removed without prior written consent from Z Collection. Any movement or modification of displays must preferably be handled by Z Collection staff. Z Collection Displays cannot be utilized to home other suppliers’ products.

 

Notice Requirement

If a Dealer wishes to move or remove any Z Collection display, the Dealer must inform Z Collection at least three (3) weeks in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in charges for the display and associated costs.

 

Display Costs

In the event of unauthorized removal, damage, or destruction of a display, the Dealer will be charged based on the following pricing:

 

- 84 Wing Display: $2,500  Plus freight

- 48 Wing Display: $2,000  Plus freight

- Tower Display: $599  Plus freight

- Large Format Display: $299 (Plus freight and the loose tile material cost)

 

 

Sales Requirement

To remain a displaying Dealer and receive the appropriate Z Collection discounts, and service, the Dealer must generate a minimum of $2,000 in sales per month. If this requirement is not met, Z Collection reserves the right to remove the display or adjust the Dealer's discount structure.

 

Display Terms for New Dealers

For new Dealer locations, displays are offered under the following terms:

 

- The display payment terms are valid for 12 months.

- At the end of the 12-month period, Z Collection will evaluate the Dealer's annual sales. If sales exceed $24,000 within the 12-month period, Z Collection will issue a credit for the cost of the display.

- If sales do not exceed $24,000, the Dealer will have the following options:

  1. Purchase the display at the listed cost (as stated above) and continue as a displaying Dealer.

  2. Request that Z Collection remove the display from the location.

 

Additionally, each store must qualify to be a displaying Dealer by meeting the following criteria:

 

- The store must be open to the public at least five (5) days a week.

- The store's location and furnishings should be of a standard appropriate for selling high-end tile.

- The store must offer design assistance to its customers.

- The store must allow Z Collection’s team to update samples without requiring an appointment.

- The store must allow Z Collection’s team to set up product knowledge meetings for staff training.

- The store must comply with Z Collection’s Terms and Conditions and remain current in payments.

 

Termination

If the Dealer does not meet the sales requirement and chooses not to purchase the display after the 12-month period, Z Collection reserves the right to terminate the display agreement and remove the display at its own discretion.

 

Miscellaneous

- This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the displays.

- Modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
